We invest time talking and listening to every customer face to face to understand exactly what their main priorities and objectives are which will reflect in their choice of solar panels and tailor our proposals accordingly.

Once we have qualified the feasibility of having a Solar system installed on your premises and confirmed your interest over the telephone we will make an appointment to carryout a fully comprehensive survey to enable us to compile a proposal and quotation.

MCS

All our installation engineers and solar products are accredited under the Governments micro generation scheme (MCS) ensuring that our products and services are certified to a consistent and high quality standard.

RECC

Chiltern Solar are members of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC). Membership commits suppliers to abide by the high standards set out in the consumer code which is backed by the office of fair trading and aims to guarantee a high quality experience for consumers wishing to purchase solar systems for their homes.

Warranty

Solar PV panels are built to last for at least 25 years and most manufacturers offer a 25 year output warranty on a sliding scale. e.g
10 year guarantee on performance output to 95% and
25 year guarantee on a performance output of 85%

Inverter manufacturers generally offer a 10 year warranty which can be extended to 20 years for a small fee if requested.

Alongside the manufacturers guarantee’s, Chiltern Solar offer a 10 year workmanshipguarantee for extra peace of mind.
